Darwin Art Workshops for Children

Small-group Montessori-informed art workshops for children aged 4–12, exploring watercolour, drawing, nature observation, storytelling and creative confidence.

Maria Grujicic Studio offers meaningful children’s art workshops in Darwin for families looking for more than a finished picture. Each session invites children to slow down, observe closely, experiment with materials and create in their own way.

Upcoming workshops include Montessori Watercolour Critters and Mystery Plants & Trees, with activities inspired by colour, line, texture, nature, imagination and place-based storytelling.

Children are guided through carefully prepared materials and gentle demonstrations, while still being encouraged to make individual creative choices. These workshops support confidence, concentration, observation, fine-motor skills, imagination and creative problem-solving.

Ages: 4–12 years
Location: UNTiTLED gallery+studio, 3/1 Caryota Court, Coconut Grove

Dates:
Sunday 2 August and Saturday 22 August
